Method
The Yoga method I teach integrates conscious movement, breath, and presence, drawing on practices such as Hatha Vinyasa alongside contemporary studies of the nervous system and trauma. Classes are structured to be accessible to different levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced practitioners, always respecting each student’s individual pace and possibilities.
The aim is to offer a safe and welcoming space where the practice goes beyond physical exercise. Through sequences of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of mindfulness, students are invited to develop body awareness, strength, mobility, and, above all, greater emotional regulation and a deeper sense of presence in the body.

The approach considers how the body holds experiences and responses to stress, combining Yoga tools with current knowledge of trauma and nervous system regulation. This allows for a more sensitive practice—one that respects individual limits, encourages inner awareness, and supports self-regulation processes without creating overload or excessive demands.
Classes are taught in a progressive and adaptable way, with variations for different levels, ensuring safety and autonomy throughout each student’s development. Rather than focusing on achieving specific postures, the emphasis is on building a more conscious relationship with one’s own body, improving the quality of breathing, and cultivating physical and mental stability.
This method is suitable for those seeking physical well-being, stress reduction, greater emotional balance, and a path toward reconnecting with themselves in an accessible, respectful, and integrative way.
