Private Classes
Classes, offered online or in person, provide attentive, personalized guidance, with refined alignment, safe progressions, and the development of a practice that respects the body, each person’s current stage of life, and individual intentions.
Sessions may integrate different approaches, including Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, mobility work, grounding exercises, integration practices, and deep relaxation, creating a living process that evolves organically over time.
Over the years, while guiding students through individual journeys, I have had the privilege of witnessing profound transformations unfold through a consistent and personalized Yoga practice. From rebuilding self-esteem to strengthening autonomy, from major life transitions to cultivating a more conscious presence, each journey reaffirms the transformative potential of dedicated, individualized guidance.
