Commitment and
Social Experience

Over the years, I have also taken part in volunteer projects bringing Yoga to schools, communities, and social organizations. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to an accessible, inclusive, and adaptable practice—one that can respond to different contexts and lived realities.

My work continues to evolve, grounded in the integration of practice, ongoing study, and lived experience, always with the intention of offering a form of Yoga that is at once technically grounded, deeply human, and profoundly respectful of each individual.

My Teaching Philosophy

is grounded in the understanding that Yoga is a living practice, in constant dialogue with the body, the breath, and the human experience. I integrate Yoga and somatic education as pathways for exploration and reconnection, with the aim of supporting each person in inhabiting their own body with greater presence, autonomy, and sensitivity.

In recent years, I have been deepening my studies in trauma, the nervous system, and human development, which have become a central focus of my work. This journey has expanded my understanding of the neurophysiology of stress, self-regulation processes, and the ways in which our experiences shape our relationship with the body and the world.

This knowledge enriches the way I teach and supports a more thoughtful, conscious, and responsive approach to individual needs.

A large part of my work takes place through one-on-one online guidance, where I develop personalized practices according to each student’s needs, goals, and individual context. I see Yoga as an adaptable path—one that respects where each person is in their journey and offers tools to support greater awareness, balance, and quality of life in everyday life.

When facilitating group practices, I also deeply value the relational dimension of the experience. I seek to create activities that encourage connection between people, strengthen bonds, and cultivate a sense of belonging. I believe that a welcoming and safe environment is essential for each person to explore movement, presence, and interaction in an authentic and spontaneous way.

My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the body is a space of continuous intelligence and that conscious movement can be a profound path toward reconnection—with oneself, with others, and with the world.

My commitment is to offer safe, grounded, and accessible spaces for practice, where each person can explore their experience with respect and depth, carrying these resources into everyday life.
