Workshops and retreats
Group practices take place in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where learning is built through shared experiences, presence, and connection between people. More than simply sharing a practice, I seek to create spaces that strengthen bonds, cultivate a sense of belonging, and encourage relationships grounded in respect, attentive listening, and cooperation.
Workshops can take place in studios, outdoor spaces, retreats, events, or other group settings. In group activities, the collective experience becomes an essential part of the practice, inviting participants to develop trust, communication, and collaboration. Through movement, presence, and group dynamics, opportunities emerge to explore new ways of relating to oneself, to others, and to the surrounding environment, always in a safe and conscious way.
Regardless of the context, my commitment is to offer a welcoming environment where each participant feels respected in their boundaries and supported in exploring the practice at their own pace. Activities are adapted to different levels of experience, allowing beginners and more experienced practitioners to share the same space in an integrated way, enriching the collective learning experience.
